Program approach

	Selection is based on Functional, Technical and Consulting abilities.
	Selected Trainees will go through Class Room Training followed by Power Consulting program, Business Communication and Quality consulting program.
	Post training, the consultant will work in Mid-Size, Large Domestic and in Large Overseas projects in due course.
